This policy explains how Shramin Talent handles information across our websites, apps, platforms, and related workforce management services.

Shramin Talent provides workforce technology services for hiring, attendance, employee operations, field coordination, HRMS workflows, payroll support, and related workforce management needs. This policy applies to Shramin Talent websites, digital platforms, mobile apps including the ShramIN Staff App, and connected services.
Depending on the service being used, we may collect or process contact details, employee profile details, phone number, employee code, attendance records, shift details, workplace assignment, candidate or worker records, location information for attendance or field activity, device information, website and app usage logs, uploaded documents, images, support messages, and other information required to provide our services.
We use information to operate and improve our websites, apps, platforms, and services; verify attendance; support hiring and workforce deployment; maintain employee and candidate records; provide HRMS and payroll-related workflows; improve reliability and security; respond to support requests; and comply with applicable legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
If location-based attendance, check-in, field visit, or tracking features are enabled, our apps or platforms may collect location information while those features are being used. Location information is used for workforce verification, attendance, deployment visibility, and operational reporting for authorized employer or organization users.
We may share relevant information with the employer, client, institution, or organization that has authorized use of our services; with service providers who help us operate the platform, website, apps, and support systems; and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain records, and support legitimate business needs.
Users may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of their information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal, employer, contractual, and operational requirements. Some records may need to be retained for compliance, attendance, payroll, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Users of the ShramIN Staff App may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting Shramin Talent at contact@shramin.com .
After an eligible deletion request is verified, we delete or de-identify account profile details, app access data, support messages, uploaded user-provided documents or images, and other personal data that is no longer required for service, legal, or operational purposes.
Some records may be retained where required for attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, contractual obligations, or employer-authorized workforce records. These retained records are kept only for as long as required for those purposes or as required by applicable law.
Our services are intended for workforce, business, institutional, and organizational use. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
